The liquid chlorine which is mainly used for bleaching as well is more or less identical to bleach so much. The strength is almost the same. The bleach we use at home is mostly a mixture of 6% of chlorine in concentration even though in the market 3% is also available which is cheaper. Pool chlorine or liquid chlorine on the other hand contains a concentration of 10% and 12% which is quite high.
