Either by using a straw and some lung force or by using a hand air pump it is simple and easy to fill the foil balloons with air. To fill the balloon just put a straw or the nozzle into the opening at the top of the balloon. Normal balloons are unable to contain helium however foil balloons do not lose their shape and may remain airborne for a considerable amount of time.
