LPG systems are not complete without gas bottle regulators. It would be dangerous to utilize LPG without gas regulators that lower the gas pressure. The above LPG Pressure chart demonstrates the high pressures that must be reduced by the LPG gas regulators before the gas pressure reaches the acceptable 2.75kPa gas regulator pressure. A regulator is recommended to prevent the gas pressure from being too high or too low. LPG/propane gas appliances as well as natural gas appliances need gas regulators to ensure the fuel is delivered at the proper pressure and flow rate.
