A fruit bar is a kind of cookie or a bar which contains chopped fruits that are mixed in dough or spread in between the layers of dough. This is then baked and cut into pieces. A fruit bar can also be a mixture of fruit pulps and concentrated sugar solution which is left to be dried under the sun.
