Q. How does kurkure making machine works?

Kurkure is a puffed snack manufactured in extruder machine where the dough is heated under a certain pressure while being passed through a tube. The dough is further forced through an open die and when it is removed the change in temperature and pressure causes the kurkure to puff out.
