Q. How does an oxygen cylinder manifold works?

Answer

An oxygen cylinder manifold has primary and secondary flow groups. Once the level in primary group is almost replenished a pressure transducer switches the supply to the secondary group or ‘standby’ manifold. The system uses pressure gauge relief valve and gas regulators to assess and supply a constant source of oxygen pressure.
