Q. How does a powder coating machine works?
Answer
After the removal of oil dirt and other contaminants from the material to be powder coated a powder coating machine (for e.g. a spray gun) is used. It contains compressed air that is blows electrostatically-charged powder out of the gun in the form of cloud that sticks to the surface of the material (substrate).
