First face mask fabric is produced using melt-blown method. A face mask is made of at least three layers and thus the machine ultrasonically welds the layers of fabric together and seals the edges. Then the prepared mask is stamped with earloops and nose string before being tested for bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE).
