Q. How do you use a bicep curl machine?

It is always best to learn to use these machines from a trainer in the gym. However the process is simple. You can grab the bar with your hands facing up in order to use the bicep curl machine. Now slowly bend your elbows as your use the curl machine. As soon as your elbows are perpendicular to the curl machine you should stop. Then return the machine to its original position. If done correctly the muscles constituting the front of the upper arm (biceps) will be exercised. Do three sets of it with 12 to 15 repetitions. Keep your wrists tight and straight when doing biceps curls. You won't efficiently target your biceps and you risk injuring your elbows if you flex your wrists while you bend your elbows.
