Q. How do you clean a pasta making machine?

There are two steps:•First clean the rollers & other components with dry cotton cloth. Remember not to use water because the maker is made of metal & its contact with water prompts rusting. You can also use wet wipes.•Second dissemble the indeed parts with the use of screw driver & a wrench & clean those parts thoroughly with the cloth & reassemble them.
