Q. How do EDM machines work?

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) machines use two electrodes, one is tool and another is workpiece. When a high-intensity electric current is passed between the two electrodes, it produces an electric arc (spark), thereby removing the metal from the workpiece. It is a metal fabrication process to remove metal from a workpiece.
