Q. Does the computer cover cause overheating?
Answer
No There is a heat exhaust system in the back. While secondary heat transfer does occur it is not intended to be sufficient for cooling the computer itself. If the casing is preventing airflow the computer will overheat and might malfunction. Even though the case snaps on and appears to stay put the fit is subpar. One part of the display is chopped in an awkward way making the anchors at the top impossible to use. There is a noticeable separation between the laptop and the bottom portion of the shell.
