Q. Can we make coconut oil soap at home?

Yes coconut oil soap can be made at home and that too with only three ingredients. Usually soaps are made from 5-7 oils that are blended to balance cleansing moisturizing and lathering. It is known that soap should be made of more than 30% coconut oil because it helps to break up oil or grease that leads to drying. By the process of “superfatting” one-quarter of moisturizing cream is added by leaving out the toxic chemicals. Then 20 % more coconut oil is added than the lye and bingo! The soap is ready.
