Q. What is the difference between steam irons and normal irons?
Answer
One of the features of a normal iron is a soleplate that may be heated. You can use it as a pressing cloth to get wrinkle-free clothing. A steam iron on the other hand contains steam holes and outputs that expel hot steam to easily remove even the most entrenched wrinkles. The only catch is that it doesn't function the same way on every cloth. They are necessary for the generation of steam by a steam iron. However a dry iron as the name implies lacks a reservoir for water. Wrinkles can be easily smoothed out with the help of steam.
