Company Brief 

We take liberty to introduce Prime Insulators Pvt Ltd as and entity that is  principally engaged in manufacturing Electro Porcelain Insulators. Prime insulators Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.

We have a vast product range of HT insulators. To name a few, our product includes Pin Insulator, Post Insulator, Disc Insulator, Hollow Insulator, Solid core Insulator, and so on. Our professionals and the facility have potential to develop any insulator as per customer’s requirement.

Our journey with Ceramic industry has started back in 1979 with our first crockery-manufacturing unit named as Ganshyam Ceramics. In 1990 we have started our LT insulator-manufacturing unit named as Paras Insulator.

We did not stop there, we have started Wall tile manufacturing unit in 1997 with unique brand name “SAHARA TILES”. We have started frit-manufacturing unit in 2002, called as Crystal Glazes. In 2003 we have started floor tile manufacturing facility with the same brand name mentioned above. In 2007 we have started HT insulator manufacturing unit with unique brand name “PRIME” to create an enduring benchmark in the industry. 

Prime Insulators Pvt Ltd is located at Dalpur, that is 65 k.m. from Ahmedabad. Our facility is equipped with latest machineries from abroad as well from India.  Latest automatic equipments, skilled workers, and qualified professionals are leading the company to produce high quality insulators and are always on their feet to resolve queries from the customers.

Prime is continuously updating manufacturing methods and equipments to ensure the delivery of best quality products to our customers. Prime Insulators has installed capacity of 5,400 MT/Annum. Prime’s plant today consists of over 4,48,000 square feet of manufacturing space and employs more than 250 people.
