Edge profiling is our specialty in which we make sure that unique & beautiful finishing like half round, full round, ogee, etc., are provided to the slabs. We also use laminated and mitred edges to give a thick & opulent look to thinner materials of slabs.

Along with supplying finest grade of Granello Grey Quartz Slab, Classico White Quartz Slab, Granite Slab, Counter Top and other items, we have completed top class projects which includes Icon Homz, Green City Hospital, Nightingale Stones and Godrej Modular Kitchen.

The slabs are formed by combining finely ground quartz with resin, stabilizing the polymers and further coloring the pigments to form the required quality of slab. Our standard procedures for countertop fabrication and quartz slab fabrication are:

• Design Finalisation: From hand drawn designs to Auto CAD/CAM software designs, our designing team accepts every thing and processes accordingly in order to finalize the best design for the products.


• CNC Machining (Cutting & Milling): The final drawings are converted into CAM files and loaded into CNC machines for automatic cutting & milling operation. These machines use diamond saw & edges for fine profiling.


• Edge Polishing: After getting the required shape, their polishing, smoothing and finishing are the important task which we complete by using proprietary machines and CNC Grinding wheels. Our experts complete the polishing processes with absolute perfection by following globally accepted 5 pad wet polishing process.


• Quality Control: Our quality experts inspect and verify the finalized products as per the CAD generated finishing drawings to make sure that only finest completed items are supplied to the customers.


• Packaging & Shipping: We believe that it is our duty to deliver the products to the end destination in their best condition possible. We use sealed air shock dampers and wooden crates with foam to ensure that each item is delivered by us with utmost safety.

• Mixing: The mixing of raw material is the most crucial stage in which we add Natural Quartz Grits approx. 96%, Resin approx. 4%, texturing material and coloring agents carefully. This is a basic manufacturing procedure which we carry out for all colors & variants.


• Pressing: The mixture is then passed through extreme pressure and vibration. This mixture after compression is moved to curing chamber for heating at approx. 90°C for an hour before letting it cool. At this stage, resin is activated in mixture which then combines with quartz to form the proper slab. 


• Polishing: When the slab is uneven, it requires proper trimming. For this, we use multi-head diamond calibration machine which helps in reaching the required thickness of slabs. Further, the surface is polished perfectly to attain a mirror glaze look.  


• Quality Control: A thorough inspection process is done by our experts to detect defects or impurities if there are any. And, after quality approval the products are proceeded for further use.
