Manufacturing Unit

We have a modern manufacturing unit well equipped with high tech machines and tools such as:

We carry out the manufacturing process of welded pipes & tubes in sophisticated tube mills using high end raw materials like SS Strips, etc. The strip is welded into tubes or pipes using TIG, Laser or Plasma welding. In this process, the edges of the strips are heated in a protective ambiance of Argon gas with non-consumable electrode. After cutting to different sizes as per the demands of the clients, the tubes are straightened, cut, pickled, passivated as well as polished before going to testing, marking and dispatching. When tubes are designed on fully automatic tube mills, the products are bright annealed and subjected to NDT, polished if necessary.
