Omax Fusions Ltd (OFL) is the progressive company of Omax Group of industries having turnover of around Rs.500 crores engaged in the manufacturing of invincible automobile components. It is catering to the leading automobile names in India, which include Two & Four Wheeler manufacturers like Hero Honda Motorcycles Ltd, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India, TVS Motor Company Ltd, Yamaha Motors India Pvt Ltd, Maruti Udyog Ltd, etc. including their ancillaries.

The Company was incorporated on 12th April 1991 with an investment of Rs. 1.24 crore, in order to cater to the needs of the parent company M/s Omax Autos Ltd for MIG (Co2) welding wire. OFL, under the leadership of Shri S.K.Mehta, who has an experience of more than 40 years in management, has multiplied many folds since the start of its operations. With the present investment of nearly Rs.5.5 crores, it is one of the major / single source supplier to its customers for sheet metal fabrication, tubular and machined components also, which are made as per the customer's specifications in various grades of mild & stainless steel.

Infrastructure
To meet the competitive challenge in the market, OFL has installed the best available Power Presses, SPMs, Milling machines, MIG Welding machines, Centreless Grinders etc along with the other supporting equipments for the satisfaction of esteemed customers. A well equipped Tool Room capable of development (using software tools like PRO-E) & manufacture of the tools, fixtures & dies is available to support the production activities. A sophisticated wire drawing & coating plant to produce quality MIG Wire is being used. DG sets of sufficient capacity are in place to ensure continuous power supply and timely deliveries to the customers. The qualified, experienced and dedicated associates of the company follow the quality policy that emphasizes on the customer delight by way of quantity, quality and cost with strict adherence to schedules and deliveries.

Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance setup is having essential test facilities including well equipped laboratory, which enables to build quality from the inception stage itself. And the system ensures quality at all stages of production till dispatch. This has resulted in OFL becoming an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The efforts of the team are now under way to get the company TS-16949 and ISO 14001 certificate. Besides, the concepts like 5-S, Poka Yoke, SMED etc are inherent qualities of the team and are embedded in the systems.
