Our factory is situated in Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra (India), where we maintain an inventory of stainless steel products; and have outfitted the machine room with several machinery required for transforming stainless steel into beautiful boxes and utensils. The process involves several steps, including:

The stainless steel sheets are cut and bend.

The material is made denserby rolling out it's front part. This step helps in achieving the product's correct balance.

The roll-out forms are cut on a press.

The next step is to stamp the design.

The products are polished, following by cleaning and de-greasing processes.

The polished products are quality checked by controllers. The products having irregularities or scratches are reprocessed. Our team believes that sustained growth is impossible without quality inspection and control.
