Quality Assurance

We are an ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Certified company delivering only the best. We have a modern quality testing lab with state of the art facilities such as MPI, 3D scanner, CMM, etc. to test the products. Hardness testers are used to test the hardness of raw materials. Data is exported to CAD software for further testing and analysis.

Manufacturing Units 

Our 3 modern designing units have enabled us to create more than 3000 parts for the wind turbine. We have handheld 3D scanner for efficiently designing fast prototype development. The manufacturing units are located at 15,000 SQFT area with high-tech machines to design products as miniature as a 3mm pin to 1 m transmission shaft. In addition, we also have a separate line for assembling and servicing hydraulic components as well as rotating joints. In the year 2019, Electric and Hydraulic joints were established. Our team of engineers has expertise of working on technical aids such as Pro–E, Auto cad, EPDM & Solid works.
