A pioneer in Automotive industry, MGK Overseas made its debut in the year 1973 under the able guidance of S.Jaspal Singh – the doyen of the auto component industry. Under his leadership, the company has shown tremendous growth potential and within a short span of time has emerged as one of the most reliable and reputed manufacturer and exporter of Clutch plates, Clutch cover assembly, Clutch facings, Brake linings, Brake disc , Brake pads, Roll Linings, Oil seals, Oil Filters, Air Filters, Tie rod ends, Ball joints, Propeller Staff & Components, UJ crosses & Bearings.

THE COMPANY

The company was conceived by a group of young enterpreneurs. They clubbed together complimenting each other's talents and started manufacturing "MGK-Plus Bearings". Prior to venturing into the business of bearings they had indepth production knowledge of industrial & automotive bearings and the business prospect of bearings. Now we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified leading Indian player in the bearing industry, headquartered at New Delhi, India.

As the business grew exponentially we expanded our operations to set up two sister concerns:
