Further, we specialize in the fabrication and prototyping
of Injection Molds, Prototyping Sheet Metal, and other soft tool having low production power to ensure
the test marketing as well as operational validation. The molding is done using
top class plastic such as ULTEM as well as PEEK. To ensure perfect molding
efficient dehumidifier dryers, temperature controllers for molds and automatic
loaders are used in the facility. By working with such efficiency and
precision, we aspire to become a unrivaled brand in the domestic as well as
international market.

Brief History Of
Our Company

Our company initiated its journey back in 1999 from
Kolkata with an aim to deliver best in class Prototyping Services for the development of new products and became
one of the first few businesses that rendered such unique services to clients.
In following years, we became a trusted name in the market owing to our
exceptional performance in the domain. Then in 2001, we acquired our first lot
of FDM machine (3D printer). In the following year, we started catering to our
clients with casting services that helped them in making efficiently functional
prototypes.

In 2005, our company installed the very first CNC Milling Machine
which made us the first enterprise to develop and deliver CNC milled in
prototype form. After this the demand for our brand increased tremendously, to
cope with our clients bulk requirements, we established another infrastructure
facility in Coimbatore. This unit was equipped with the most advanced 1 SLA
machine of that time having a huge Bed size (350 x 350 x 300 mm).

We entered the tool room market in 2011 with an aim
to conquer new areas of the product development sector as well as to polish our
skills of engineering soft tools for the purpose of molding injections. With
this new addition, in 2013, we became famous as the most trusted name of the
market resulting in our further expansion in Noida (Delhi & NCR). By this year,
we have made additions like Vacuum
Casting services to our offered range as well as a well built paint shop.
In 2015, we made an addition to our infrastructure by purchasing one more SLA
machine (bed size- 600 x 600 x 500 mm).

In addition to the same, we also
established a separate injection molding facility which was equipped with the
necessary ancillary equipment. This helps us in molding durable engineering
plastics used for different industrial applications. 2016 was a glorious year
for us, we established another facility in Pune. The unit had an efficient
paint shop which helped us in offering top class Vacuum Casting Services.
Another SLA machine having a bed size of 800X800X500 was purchased in the same
year. Today, we have 4 different facilities spread across the country acquiring
a combined area of approximately 15000 square feet functioning with the support
of diligent team.
