Mahindra & Mahindra is one of India's reputed manufacturers, exporters

Established in the year 1945, the company had initially started off as a
manufacturer of general-purpose utility vehicles meant exclusively for the
Indian market. Since then, the company has maintained a consistently high
level of performance and is today one of the most renowned tractor manufacturers
in India.



Mahindra & Mahindra has two main operating divisions. The Automotive
Division manufactures utility vehicles, light commercial vehicles and three
wheelers while the manufacturing of agricultural tractors and other farm
implements is looked after by the Tractor (Farm Equipment) Division. The
latter has also ventured into manufacturing industrial engines.



Currently, the company has 12,600 people working in its six state-of-the-art
manufacturing facilities spread over 500,000 square meter apart from setting
up two satellite plants for tractors manufacturing. It has 49 sales offices
that are supported by a network of over 650 dealers across the country. This
network is connected to the company's plants by an extensive IT infrastructure.
This wide network enables them to ensure complete customer care follow-up.
