It's a privilege to be writing to you as the President and CEO. I would like to
take this opportunity to briefly outline the company's direction and our

would like to first announce that Powersafe would now be known as
Artis. But this change is not for a change. The change is due to change
in our outlook. The change is the reason to express youthfulness &
new enterprising spirit. New diversified portfolio & services
requires new neutral logo and so is Artis. We want Artis to represent
the uniqueness. So with great pleasure I announce brand Artis, formerly
known as Powersafe. Still keeping things simple we just continue to
deliver great value products and services that satisfy your expectations
time after time, delivery after delivery.

We
believe that serving our customers is the only reason we exist. We
would like to express sincere gratitude and with this change we expect
long-term support from all our valued customers.

I
am proud to be leading Artis in such an exciting time and with more
than 25 year of our organizational history. We have a strong,
experienced senior leadership team, have built a solid foundation for
growth and are well positioned to capitalize on opportunities in our key
operating areas. Our employees are engaged and ready to shape the
future of our company, and I am excited about what that future holds.

Today,
Artis is focused on executing strategies that will allow to grow in the
areas we have decided to cater at our best. In addition to our existing
geographical market in western India states, our plans include
expansion in other states of India.

We
see excellent opportunities in the markets we serve. Artis is poised to
be one of the market leaders in the next few years. We have a
well-established market position and strong relationships in
Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka & Goa, our customer base is also
growing. In each of these markets, we are well positioned to expand as
we look at high-quality, accretive growth opportunities.

Looking

generation, Power backup & Portable Accessories. We have an
