An Overview Of Entire Process

Preform is mainly a two step procedure of plastic bottle production that involves injection moulding and blow moulding. In first step, processing of preforms are performed. From the injection cavity, the injection-molded preform is then taken out for stretching it into forming the shape. In this step, the preform is reheated from cold and blown in the bottles.

Because of our sound infrastructural set up, we are able to conduct the manufacturing process of plastic items through aforementioned technique. Our infrastructure facility is incorporated with quality testing, modern production, warehousing and other facilities that helped us in meeting the bulk or urgent orders. Further, we give strong emphasis on regular upgrading our machines and equipment to keep pace with changing market needs. We use following machines during the production process:
