Limited (KAIL) is a global leader in manufacturing all types of
Disc Blades.
We manufacture Disc Blades from Boron Steel, SAE 1070 steel, SAE 1080 steel, and
Chrome Manganese steel. Our company is currently manufacturing more
than 700 varieties of disc blades ranging from 12 inches to 30
inches in diameter and 2.5 mm to 10 mm in thickness. We are the

unit of our company has an in-house rolling mill, press shop and disc
making plant. With an automatic and continuously moving disc plant, all
the disc blades are manufactured with uniform hardness and strength. In
addition, processes like automatic shot blasting, cross rolling, etc.
ensure that the finished products deliver the best performance and
offer an unfailing reliability. The production unit also houses a
highly advanced tool room loaded with cutting edge high capacity
