We,
Karma Water Solutions, were established in the year 2005 with the sole
commitment to provide best quality processed water products. We are one of the
leading manufacturers and suppliers of Packaged
Drinking Water, Processed Water, Chilled Packaged Drinking Water, etc. Our
range is processed and purified by following stringent quality
measures and procedures such as chlorination, filtration, micro
filtration, reverse osmosis, etc. Owing to these measures, our products are highly
pure, and hence trusted by customers all over India, especially in Delhi and the NCR region. Our products are
available under the brand name of 'Osmocare'.

We
have set up our very own water analytical testing laboratory, which
has been accredited with an ISO-9001:2000 certification. We have also
been certified by the ISI (IS-14543:2004 and CML No-8679208) and work
in conformation with the BIS standards. In addition, we are well
supported by state-of-the-art manufacturing plants as well as a team of highly
qualified workforce, which help us in coming up with products that
exceed customers' expectations. Besides, our strong distribution
network and transport facility assists us in delivering the
products to clients within the stipulated time frame.

The
company is today successfully flourishing along with the assistance
of its sister concern, Shri Vishwakarma Foundry, which was incepted in 1983. Our sister concern deals largely in

Process

We
believe in offering only qualitative range of products to our customers
so that they feel satisfied and content with our services. In this
regard we always process our water solutions through following stages:

• Multigrade Sandbed Filtration:
  Removes suspended particles present in water and purifies water to
  a great extent
  
• Activated Carbon Filtration:
  Dechlorinates water and removes other harmful gases from water
  
• Microfiltration:
  This process prevents the smallest particles from entering into the
  water
  
• Reverse Osmosis (RO): This process
  prevents excess quantity of solids like sulphate, sulphite, nitrate,
  etc. and reduces T.D.S up to a required level
  
• UV
  Treatment: Treatment of
  permeate water with ultra-violet rays kills micro organisms like
  fungi, bacteria protozoan, which are extremely harmful for human
  health
  
• Ozonation:
  It is an antibacterial process at board spectrum. It safeguards the
  permeate water from any sort of bacterial infection.

appointed a team of quality controllers, who carefully monitor each
stage of the production process, starting from the procurement,
processing, packaging, and product delivery. We procure the raw
materials from certified vendors and check them at our end in the
sophisticate testing unit. We conduct regular research to improve the
quality and performance of our products.

Infrastructure

Our
state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, equipped with sophisticated
machines and processing plants, purifiers has helped us to maintain our
high production capacity. We keep a track of the newest technological
developments taking place around the world and further incorporate
these techniques in our production processes to ensure optimum quality
in our water products. We have a sophisticated packaging unit, where
our experts supervises the packaging processes in order to ensure
complete hygiene. With the assistance of the infrastructural
facilities, we are able to manufacture 2,500 bottles of 20 liters per
day.
