About Our Company

JM
Constructions started its first Building Construction Project in the year 2011 at Kakinada
City. The first Project is Queens Royal Towers comprising of 20 3BR
Delux Apartments. This project was completed successfully in March
2013 and all units handed over for furnishing and occupancy. The
first project not only brought good team together, it also set an
example of what JM Construction can offer. This brought the much
deserved second project in a prime location in Kakinada.

We
started our second project, Queen's CNR Towers close to Bhanugudi
center in March 2012. Currently the project's RCC structure and brick
work has completed and proceeding for subsequent stages of
construction. Also, we are aggressively seeking expansion through
trust worthy and like minded partners.

Like any other
business, our objective is to generate revenue and strengthen the
company. However, one of our main principle is to be as ethical as
possible in our business practices. Our desire is to be innovative
and make decisions that are environmentally friendly.

In our second project,
we made two decisions to sport our claim on environmentally friendly
decisions.

UPVC Windows: We have
decided to install UPVC windows for our CNR Towers. The main idea
behind selecting the UPVC windows is to save a Tree. In addition, the
UPBC windows not only provide high noise reduction in closed
position, they also provide complete air tight close. This will
prevent hot air from entering the Air conditioned Rooms and reduce
electricity consumption. This will save money for residents and
mainly reduce our carbon foot print. 

CLC
BRICKS: Another decision we made is to use CLC Bricks instead of
traditional earth bricks. Earth bricks cause huge pollution during
its baking stage. CLC bricks are cured in sun and no baking is
needed. Also, CLC Bricks are Fire and Heat Resistant. Again the
current consumption on AC Rooms built by CLC bricks is 15% less !

The Kakinada Market is
not a sellers market and the margins these days in the Building Construction
field are not as lucrative. UPVC Windows and the CLC Bricks are
expensive decisions and squeeze our Profit Margins. Still,
