We provide the certification services with the assistance of competent personnel, which can modify their competency by training as well as timely assessment. We endeavor towards objectives and conceives in incessant improvement in the certification actions by MRM, impressive internal audit, and strong feedback system from customers, auditors, third parties, certification staff and other stakeholders.

Impartiality Policy

Having Impartiality Policy & Top Management, we are well-aware of the value of impartiality in accomplishing its management system certification actions. We can manage the conflict of interest and insure the objectiveness of the management system certification actions.

Audit staffs are impermissible from being active in the Audit of any organization to which they have conferred assistance, by training or consultancy (other than professionally certified auditor activity), or where they have any commercial or financial interest for a minimal time period of 2 years prior to the application-date of the organization for registration.

When assigned to a specific contract, Audit /IMS staff is not supposed to discuss or disclose any info; after or before or the Audit; to any staff or member of any team, as required by No Conflict of Interest Agreement subscribed on commencement of employment as well as the Auditor Agreement & Confidential Information.

All external & internal staffs will sign a conflict of Interest and confidentiality statement.

The IMS Experts, staffs and Auditors (external/Internal) are impermissible from being active in the consultancy activities, which may harm impartiality issue.
