Designing and Stitching Process

We use different fabrics as base as per the design, then it is clicked by hand from dry mild pigmented lining leather. After this, the edges of these bases and fabrics are skived manually to remove heaviness at seams. The fabrics are then taken with leather for stitching. The decorative items like chains, buckles, buttons, straps etc. are fitted in the bags.

Manufacturing Facility

Our objective of meeting the bulk or urgent orders of bags has led us to establish a contemporary manufacturing unit. We use advanced punching machine that is used to make a hole in leather and other hard fabrics. Also, we have cutting machine which cuts the leather and nylon into various sizes. Besides, our modish tools and technology helps us in designing, stitching, printing and dyeing processes.
