About Us

Excellent Fasteners, as the very name implies, a fasteners fabrication company started in the year 2018 is headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Managed by an experienced management team, encompassing the partners Mr. Hardik Patel and Mr. Shailesh Patel, the manufacturer and supplier is offering a wide assortment of fasteners for industrial and commercial applications. We provide Bolts, Studs, Tie rods and Nuts for industries, like:

Some of the industrial fasteners are plated and hot dip galvanized to increase the corrosion resistance. All the fasteners are designed to meet the specifications as well as the project requirements of our customers. Many customers rely on us for continuous supply and give us repeated orders, all because of the quality and features of fasteners we provide, namely corrosion resistance, reliability, durability and flexible usability. 

Manufacturing & Infrastructure Facilities

Since the beginning, our company has been steadily growing executing all its operations from a sound manufacturing and infrastructure facility in G.I.D.C. Estate, Makarpura. Our company currently employs around 10 employees, each of whom possess rich experience in his/her specific scope of work. Our engineers and technicians have the ability to produce industrial products based on the drawing, design and specifications provided by customers. Our unit has manufacturing systems for following operations, like:

• Wire Drawing Plant


• Cold Forging


• Heat Treatment


• Thread Rolling


• Secondary Operations like grinding and turning


• Surface Treatments

The machines installed in the machine room include power press, straightening machine, forming machine, thread rolling machine, head trimming machine, double stroke forging machine, wire drawing machine, etc. The fasteners developed, naming Hex Bolt, T Type Bolt, Double Ended Stud, Full Thread Stud, etc., are inspected and tested to check the dimensions and finish. Quality standards and systems in the company are implemented to provide customers precision products for their industrial applications. In a month we are capable of manufacturing 30 tons of products. We are planning to expand our infrastructural facilities with an aim to enlarge the circumference of markets served.
