Our experience in engineering includes full field development, Pilot scale plant development, Industrial plant engineering, modular process skids, as-built preparation, Mechanical design and structural adequacy. We have our own Ozone Manufacturing, Assembly & testing Facility, however as per requirement we outsource some fabrication for ASME U Stamped or normal fabrication facilities also. In the domain of Engineering we can manage all design, procurement assistance and construction supervision activities ensuring timely completion of work with international quality standards. We ensure better control over the project with quickly regularizing our workflow to client specific requirements. Our engineered and managed projects are successfully running in markets including India, Singapore, Middle East, Malaysia, as well in Germany, Japan & Italy. For Plant Maintenance, including Preventive maintenance, Repair and other factors which are important for maintenance of the supplied equipment. We are capable of providing both time-based and counter-based recurrences of spares & Maintainence guidelines, thus resulting in smooth functioning of a preventive maintenance of supplied equipment. We out-source advanced modeling assignments where ever necessary for Product Design of various services including 3D Parametric Solid Modelling, Class A Surfacing, Sheet Metal Component Design, Benchmarking & reverse engineering of existing products, Assemblies of large structures and CAD Drafting. Thus we are able to carry out Full project design and modelling for the project including complete design and assembly of System components or parts in any Ozone Related project & Services.
