Since 2010, our firm, Classic Conveyor Systems is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Enmasse / Drag Chain Conveyors, Rubber Belt Conveyors, Chain / Belt Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyors, Deep Bucket Conveyors etc. Our major strength has been the Application Engineering backed by sound Design practices being followed by our Engineers. Our Engineers devote considerable time - on the field - at our customer organization - discussing with the users - understanding their exact requirement - analyzing alternatives and evolving the optimum solution. We try to ensure that Equipment conceptualized and supplied by us would always deliver the expected performance and get assimilated within the customer organization expeditiously.

Once Equipment configuration is finalized, we carry out detailed engineering - reassessing the fits, tolerances of the mating components - in line with the duty conditions. We incorporate the latest available manufacturing technology so that each component is of the desired accuracy. Our raw material requirement is fulfilled by authorized vendors who are quality conscious, professional and customer focused. Our products undergo Quality checks - at every manufacturing stage - these Quality Assurance procedure not only cover the issues discussed and agreed with the customer organization but also various bench mark issues to be checked for correct / operation of the Product - in service. For Equipment Supplies, we always carry out no-load running trials of our Equipment – at our premises - along with Drive Arrangement - so that teething problems, if any, are attended to within our premises and the Equipment – once supplied to the customer - are installed and commissioned - within the shortest time period.
