Our Projects

• 1. Flame Testing Equipment With Leak Detection Inside Lab: Flammable gases along with controlled pressure and flow is tested in the flame testing equipment periodically. Leak detecting sensors are installed for safe handling. When the environment has excessive amounts of flammable gas, the solenoid valve shuts the gas line with an audio-visual alarm.
  
• 2. Hot Oxidation Setup: High-end equipment and accessories are installed to meet the needs of scientific research in complex testing environments. The laboratory facility is loaded with high temperature Furnaces (1000 deg. C), various gas inputs through Manifold fitted with Pressure Regulator, Steam Generator, Compressor with Dryer, Flow Controller as well Condenser at the outlet. Durable SS tubing is also used to ensure safe handling of gases.
  
• 3. Hydrogen Dryer System: Hydrogen Dryer Systems with online dew point transmitter are installed. Pressure swing adsorption cycle is run using Programmed Logic Controls (PLC) having solenoid valves and pressure switches with sufficient safety interlock.
• 4. Gas Distribution System Including Manifold And Cylinder Storage Shed: Gas manifold in cylinder storage shed can be easily installed for different gases such as LPG, CH4, N2 & AR cylinders in a particular project having safety relief valve, double stage pressure regulator, isolation valve, ball valve, etc. This particular project had 400 mt. of SS tubing drawn. The company can also undertake periodic maintenance through AMC for zero time loss.
