      • How do I change my E-mail?
        • Go to “My Tradeindia” and click on “My Profile” then click on the “Edit Profile” link.
        • Change email id in the profile details and click “Submit”. Your profile setting will be automatically changed.
      • How do I change my Password?
        • Go to “My Tradeindia” and click on “My profile” then click on the “Change password” link.
        • Enter the new Password and click the “Set New Password” link. Your Password will be changed.
      • How do I change my Username?
        • Click on the 'Login' button (highlighted in red) on the top right corner of the tradeindia.com page
        • Enter your user-name and password and click the “Login” button and get access to your account
        • Click on 'My TradeIndia' on the top right corner of the tradeindia.com page
        • Once the page opens up click on 'My Profile' which is the second option on the left
        • Then click on 'Edit Profile'
        • On the right side of the page, scroll down to 'Personal Details'.
        • Under 'Personal Details' the second option is 'Username', you can change your username and then click on 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
      • Forget password link is not coming on email id ?
        • Contact customer support team on: 011-46710400 (500) and press '1'

      • I have forgotten my username & password. What can I do?

        • Then click on 'Forgot Your Password'
        • You get two options 'Email' and 'Mobile', enter your mobile number and the 'Security Code' you will receive an OTP, once you enter the OTP it will give you the details for your account i.e. Name, Company Name and Email Address
        • You can then select your details and reset your password.
