(Coal Dust, Ore Powder, Charcoal) Briquette Machine is mainly used to mould coal briquette, cold pressed ball of scrap metal powder in metallurgy. All powder materials going to be ball pressed needs an instrument of ball press machine, such as: coal dust,coke powder, ferrous and non-ferrous metal powder, ferric oxide sheet,dust,mud and refractories.

Technical process
Raw materials is sent into feeder machine manually or by conveyor.A flash board or ajusting motor will control the feeding speed.Then the materials is belt-conveyed to baler for degassing and pre-compression.Pre compressed material is compacted by two opposite-running press roller.The compacted bars and flakes automaticallydisslot to a conveyor that will send them to making machine for dressing .The dressed kernel are sieved into two parts: Finished products are are packed or conveyed to ware house;Tailing over powder will be returned to feeder machine for pressing again.Thus an enclosed circulation is finished.

Working principle
After being screened, only the powder with a size less than 3mm can be sent into the ball press machine. The size of the briquette will be 35mm*25mm*15mm. under the requirement of client, we can produce press machine that can make specific size of balls with a bulk density of 1.9-2.2g/cm3 and the hardness as that of a quick lime block. The finished products needs screening, only qualified ones can be stored and waits for being smelt.
