While using Aluminium cutting machine, users are required to wear hand gloves, safety glasses and ear muffs. Do not wear any kind of jewellery like rings, bracelets, bangles, wrist-watches, etc.

• Take a profile from the taping machine and place it onto the cutting machine and then check the oil level and air pressure.
• Press the START button.
• Key in required dimensions on the cutter machine from the cutting list and/or the optimization list. For the window profiles Switch ON the computer and select the angle and cutting dimension.
• After entering the dimension, press the START button to start cutting activity steps.
• The machine by default will set the provided dimension.
• Switch On the cutting blades.
• Hold the start button to clamp and start cutting the profile.
• The machine will automatically clamp the profile: do not put your hands between the clamps.
• Cutting will start automatically.
• Once cutting is complete turn off the start button to release machine guards.
• Remove profile from cutting machine.
• Press the STOP button to enter the next dimensional setting if you need to repeat the task on other aluminium profiles.
• Place masking tape on the profile.
• If off cut parts will not be used then store that to the waste trolley otherwise store in a proper place.
• While handling profile off cuts, please wear hand gloves.
