Clove Oil Botanical Name - Eugenia caryophyllata Clove is an evergreen tree, which produces a flower bud that has numerous medicinal properties. Clove is rich in minerals such as calcium, hydrochloric acid, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and vitamin A and vitamin C. Properties- Antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, antiviral and stimulating. Direction to Use Massage -Mix 2 drops with a carrier oil or base oil and massage onto abdomen to relieve digestive discomfort. Also add 3 to 5 drops in lukewarm bath water to help address bowel issues.Tooth aches- Add one drop of clove oil onto a small cotton ball to relieve tooth or gum pain. Press the cotton ball onto the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. also add 2 drops of clove bud oil to a cup of warm water and use this as a gargle.Mosquito and insects repellent-drops of clove bud plant oil used in a diffuser or vaporizer can ward insects away.Room Freshener- For fresh and fragrant atmosphere add 2-4 drops on vaporizer. Also add to spray bottle 4 drops to 200ml water and spray. add few drops to water used for cleaning the floor, tables and counters.By Compress - May soothe aches, sprains or swelling. add 1 drop for 100 ml cold or hot water . soak cloth in the water , squeeze it tightly and place over the affected area for 10 min. repeat the procedure 3-4 times. Use hot water for muscular aches and cold for sprains or headaches.Caution- Not to be taken orally.Do not use essential oils for children age below one year. Reduce the number of essential oil drops to half or one fourth according to age in children below 12 Years.Never use essential oil directly. Always mix them with base or carrier oil. Avoid in pregnancy, lactation, infants, patients with epilepsy, asthma, heart problems, cancer, fever, allergy, infectious skin conditions, post operative period.Avoid contact with eyes, genital area, open wounds.Store in cool and dry place, away from sunlight, heat and children. Close the cap tightly and avoid contact with water. Uses Skin care product When applied topically, clove aroma can help address skin problems like warts, acne, sagging skin, and wrinkles.Mosquito repellent, and for fumigations during infection and illness in house.Expectorant Clove bud oil is also used to help ease respiratory problems, such as cough, colds, sinusitis, asthma, and tuberculosis.Antiseptic It is applied topically to address fungal infections, wounds, and cuts. It is also a common treatment for athlete's foot.Perfume ingredient  Bud oil, with its strong and unique scent, is used in carnation, rose, and honeysuckle perfumes. It has a strong and unique scent.Soap ingredient  Clove bud oil is used in soaps not just for its fragrance, but also because of its relaxing and antiseptic qualities.Used in tooth aches(avoid using regularly as it skin irritant and irritant to gums).
