Fine roller grinds the clay into very small grains, avoiding the possibility of any hard stuff getting into the final mix. It greatly improve the water permeability and makes the clay more manageable, increasing the final finish and reducing breakage. The rollers are rotates in different speeds for smooth grinding and shearing. When any foreign hard material parts enter into the roller mill, the specially designed safety mechanism prevent the roller shell from breakage. The gap between the rollers is done by specially designed adjusting system provided on the adjusting roller, which ensures the desired precision less than 1 mm gap. Fine roller mill are available with roller dia. 380 to 1000mm for different applications.
