We manufacture and export a wide variety of Oblique Type High Speed Single Face Paper Corrugation Machine with Rotary Sheet Cutter Machine that has been enabled with high precision robust oblique type single facer with auto sheet cutter. It gives ready cut 2 ply boards in one complete operation and enhances efficiency & high rate of production.

Construction and operation:

Provided with flute rollers that is single facer and mounted on bearings for smooth running & long life
These flutes are made of special alloy steel and the gum rolls are hard chromed for better performance
Provided with two preheaters to demoisturise the paper
The output of single facer corrugation is 150 ft/ min
The main bearings are lubricated with high temperature grease
Provided with 'JUMBO' type motorized hydraulic reel stand
Provided with sheet cutter and A.C. Drive controller with master control for synchronizing the speed of corrugation
The sheet cutter can cut 2 ply boards minimum 20 inches & maximum 80 inches damaging the flutes
The machine can be heated by thermic fluid as well as steam boiler
