Our range of Hydrosys Diaphragm Compressors are currently operating worldwide in a variety of research, pilot plant, and production applications. They are the preferred compression equipment for applications where the environment, safety, and product purity are of primary concern. Their basic design provides leak tight and non contaminating gas compression.
Ideally suited for use with gases such as Hydrogen, Krypton, Xenon, Argon, Fluorine, Oxygen, NF3, Hel ium, and other high purity or hazardous gases.

Features:
No Contamination: The metal diaphragm group completely isolates process gas from the hydraulic ic oil and all lubricated parts.
Leak Tight Sealing: Self energizing static oring seals in the head assembly prevent process gas leakage. Highly sensitive leak detection rapidly detects a diaphragm or seal failure and contains any effluent within the compressor.
High Efficiency: can achieve compression ratios in excess of 20:1 through careful control of the contoured cavities .
