About Authentic Packaging Pvt. Ltd.
Our team has experience in packaging business of more than 25 Years and have expertise in Lami tube manufacturing, blow and Injection Molding of all types of material and molds. Team has worked for all Large, medium and MNC customers in Pharma, FMCG, Cosmetics, Food customers for their various packaging requirements in Flexible as well as RIGID packaging. We have Lami Tube Body making making machine with 5 headers and 3 Top sealing machines for manufacturing quality products. Our facility is having 10 Moulding Machines for PET & PP Blow & Injection Moulding. The other infrastructure includes dust free environment. We have facility to run in all the 3 shifts and trained manpower to ensure consistency in manufacturing. We have made a dust free environment for manufacturing and storing area creating conscious approach for every employee, importance of cleanliness and hygiene atmosphere to ensure the quality importance at first stage Considering quality requirement of customers in Cosmetics, Pharma, food etc. we drive this aspect from vendor selection stage for incoming material. Quality checks are maintained at every level. A dedicated warehousing facility is provided in house to store the material in desired defect free conditions. Time to time PEST control is done to ensure the place is free from any insects or rodent's etc.
