Our network of farmers, rightly harvest and ferment highly biodiverse cocoa beans. The beans arrive at our factory all ready to become honest couvertures. Each batch of beans undergoe a two day delicate yet intricate process of roasting, winnowing and conching. Freshly crafted couvertures then land in various creative kitchens across the country to become delicious masterpieces containing the most divine Dark Chocolate.
