ULTRA was founded at Roanne, France in 1923. The first HSS Hacksaw Blade, ULTRA RECORD was produced in 1935.  Over the following decades ULTRA expanded into Hacksaw Frames, Jigsaw Blades, Reciprocating Saw Blades, Hole Saws and Bandsaw Blades.  ULTRA with its cutting edge technology has certain iconic products such as ULTRA RECORD, BIHARD, TRILENIUM and FLEX for the Hacksaw Blades, the ULTRA 33 Hacksaw Frame and the ULTRA FURIA and TITAN qualities of Bandsaw Blades. In 2016 a brand new factory was set up for the manufacture of ULTRA products in Daman, India with the high quality ULTRA machines from France for the manufacture of Hacksaw Blades, Hacksaw Frames, Hole Saws, Reciprocating Saw Blades and Bandsaw Blades. All products are manufactured using the same French Technology and ULTRA today is stronger, leaner and more efficient.
