The tube axial fan is encased in a cylinder which helps collect and direct the fan's flow. With sizes available from 20" to 72" and cfm ranges from 1,250 to 60,250, the tube axial fans are very efficient in their class of fans. Standard construction includes a welded steel housing tube and cast aluminum fan blades for spark resistant construction. Four and six bladed propellers are available in direct and belt driven models. The direct drive tube axial fans are designed to be used in applications where corrosive and contaminated material are not a problem. The belt driven models are designed for applications where corrosive materials are a factor. Typical applications include exhaust for paint spray booths, mixing rooms, booster service, and many other industrial ventilating requirements.
