Alternate stack of plastic separators and filter medium discs form the cartridges.GFSPL has a developed rage of filter housings and cartridges The housing modules are rated for 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, and 700 Lpm of fluid flow while cartiridges of 20, 10, and 3 microsn can be selevted depending on the filter fineness requirement. Performance This type of filters can be developed for large verity of application and performance requirements Typically, the clarity levels aca be from 100 PPM to 1 PPM levels depending on the choice of media and requirement. ADVANTAGES AND LIMITATIONS.Application like paint filtration. Water filtration, alkali or acid filtration, alkali or acid filtration can be developed out of this verity of filer.The filter can be washable. if not(in case of non-woven fabric or filter paper), the filter disc replacement is much economic compared to a replacement of a cartridge.Filtration area of such filter cartiridge is lower than the accodion pleated filter cartridge.
