Psa Oxygen Gas Plants

ATMOS POWER is the leading manufacturer of PSA Oxygen Gas Plants in India. We have been manufacturing PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen generators and have supplied several such skid-mounted units all over the world.
This process consists of 2 vessels filled with Molecular Sieves and Activated Alumina. Clean compressed air at 30A C temperature is passed through one vessel and oxygen comes out as product gas. The exhaust gas (Nitrogen) is discharged back into atmosphere. Upon saturation of the molecular sieve bed, the process switches Oxygen generation to the other bed by automatic valves, while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization and purging to atmospheric pressure. Thus 2-vessels keep cycling alternately in Oxygen production and regeneration ensuring Oxygen gas is continuously available to your process.

PSA Oxygen Gas Plants can be turned ON and OFF on-demand with the push of a single button. PSA units only require 5 minutes to start producing high purity Oxygen and there isna t a need for the unit to be running when you are not consuming Oxygen gas. This is unlike the cryogenic systems where the unit has to be kept running tom maintain Oxygen purity, whether gas is needed or not.
