Mixed Powder Wax

We manufacture, export and supply Mixed Powder Wax to our customers in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. This product is a superfine PTFE/PE powder made by special processing and surface modification. It is mainly used as an additive to improve scratch resistance. In addition, it causes extinction. Compare the 100% PTFE, this price is more reasonably. The average grain diameter is small, and the particle size distribution is uniform. This product of resistance is similar to Lubrizol 1780, and the temperature resistance is better than Lubrizol 1780.

Typical Application:
It mainly used in printing coating for iron, also can used in coil coating and powder coating.

Instruction:
The addition of 0.3-1.0% of this product is recommended.
Users are recommended to do test experiment according to their specific process and requirements.

Cautions:
The product wrapped by two layers of PE plastic bags is packed in kraft paper sack, with net weight of 15KG per bucket.
Store in clean and dry place to avoid contamination of dust and moisture.
Prevent moisture to influence the using effect.
