Hook Block: The diameter of the sheave is larger than the drum diameter to ensure longer life cycle for the wire rope. The sheave is totally made out of ductile cast iron for higher abrasion resistance, and covers the hook block entirely
Hook: Fitted with a safety latch preventing slings from slipping off
Control Panel: Easy access latched cover along with beautifully laid out wiring for easy error detection and maintenance
Gear Box: Dual step oil bath type reducing mechanism gears are built in as single unit for easier overhaul and assembly, also comes with oil level monitor as standard.
Trolley Wheel: Eccentric shaft for auto balancing while traversing along rail
Push Button Control: Easy of operation and designed with low control voltage. Comes with main voltage ON / OFF control
