The standard model of industrial steam boiler is available from 500 kg/hr to 20 ton/hr capacities and working pressure of 10.54 Kg/ Cm2g (150 Psig). Larger pressure ranges are available on client request. The highlighting features available in this boiler are:

* Construction as per the latest IBR act.
* Large furnace ensures complete combustion of fuel with low NOX emissions with high radiant heat transfer.
* Stringent quality tests such as hydraulic tests, individual assembly tests and overall inspection of boiler on completion so as to ensure hassle free operation and longer life.
* Rugged forced draft, fuel efficient pressure jet burner provides combustion turn down ratio of 1:3,
* Fuel pumping, heating unit, combustion blower and control panel is kept at operating level for easy maintenance.
* The large steam volume with disengaging surface & built in steam separator ensures steady, dry steam with 0.98 dryness fraction.
